  16. This file contains important license information regarding the use of Ample 
  17. Notice for Windows, Version 1.01.  This information applies to individual
  18. users who wish to pass copies out to friends and associates.

  20. User Groups, Computer Clubs, Disk Vendors and Distributors, Subscription 
  21. Services, Disk-of-the-Month Clubs, etc., should refer to the VENDOR.TXT file 
  22. for complete information relating to them.

  34. 1995, by Mark Harris.  All rights reserved.

  37. Copyright law and also by International Treaty provisions.  Any use of this 
  38. software in violation of Copyright law or the terms of this limited license 
  39. will be prosecuted to the best of our ability.  The conditions under which you 
  40. may copy this software and documentation are clearly outlined below under 
  41. "Distribution Restrictions".

  43. I, Mark Harris do hereby grant you a limited license to use this software for 
  44. evaluation purposes for a period not to exceed 60 days.  If you intend to 
  45. continue using this software (and/or it's documentation) after 60 day 
  46. evaluation period, you MUST make a registration payment.  Using this software 
  47. after the 60 day evaluation period, without registering the software is a 
  48. violation of the terms of this limited license.

  51. disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program 
  52. except as provided in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall result

  60. As the copyright holder for Ample Notice, I authorize distribution by 
  61. individuals only in accordance with the following restrictions.

  64. Services, Disk-of-the-Month Clubs, etc., should refer to the VENDOR.TXT file

  70. Individuals are hereby granted permission by me to copy the Ample Notice 
  71. diskette for their own use (for evaluation purposes) or for other individuals 
  72. to evaluate, ONLY when the following conditions are met.

  74.     o  The Ample Notice package - including all related program files and 
  75.        documentation files - CANNOT be modified in any way and must be 
  76.        distributed as a complete package, without exception.

  78.     o  No price or other compensation may be charged for the Ample Notice 
  79.        package.  A distribution cost may be charged for the cost of the 
  80.        diskette, shipping and handling, as long as the total (per disk) does 
  81.        not exceed US$10.00 in the U.S. and Canada, or US$12.00 
  82.        internationally.

  92.        program except as provided in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized 
  93.        use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this

  96.     o  U.S. Government Information:  Use, duplication, or disclosure by the 
  97.        U.S. Government of the computer software and documentation in this 
  98.        package shall be subject to the restricted rights applicable to 
  99.        commercial computer software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of 
  100.        the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at 252.227-
  101.        7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013).  The Contractor/manufacturer is Granny's Old-
  102.        Fashioned Software, 297 Camp Rock Road, Boone, NC 28607.
